Refund Policy

At Koch B, every creation is custom-made according to your specifications (dimensions, wood species, fabrics). As a result, custom products are not eligible for refund or exchange once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

Deposit and order confirmation

A deposit is required to validate any order. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a proven fault on our part.

Defects and non-conformity

If your order has a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the validated specifications, we undertake to:

• Take back and correct the item concerned
• Or offer you an equivalent credit note

Any complaint must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos of the defect found.

Order cancellation

Cancellation is only possible before production begins. After this stage, the deposit paid remains with Koch B as compensation for materials and work invested.
